Fundraising

Revenue generated from tourism-related activities within the Reserve is used to support environmental education programmes at the Reserve’s Education Centre, manage and conserve the Reserve’s wildlife and natural resources, provide jobs for approximately 90 people, and to develop and maintain the Reserve’s infrastructure.

From a wildlife conservation perspective, Mokolodi has played an instrumental role in re-establishing Botswana’s white rhino population following massive decline in the past few decades, and is also the country’s only formally recognised wildlife rehabilitation centre and orphanage.

In order to successfully continue with our conservation activities and initiatives, Mokolodi seeks to form mutually beneficial funding relationships with local and international sponsors.

Contact us on bookings@mokolodi.com if you would like to see how you can contribute to Mokolodi’s continued fundraising efforts.
